Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started
I'm new. What should I expect for my first visit?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first session or class. Before getting started, you'll complete a brief intake form and health questionnaire so our trainers can better understand your fitness goals, medical history, and any injuries or limitations. This also gives you time to meet your trainer , ask questions, and get comfortable before your workout begins.
Do I need prior fitness experience?
No! Our training is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're just getting started or have years of training experience, workouts can be modified to meet your goals and abilities.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We also recommend bringing a water bottle but offer bottles of water for purchase and cups of water at our refill station.
Do I need to schedule my sessions in advance?
Yes, all private training sessions and small group classes should be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.
Personal Training
What personal training options do you offer?
We offer Private Hour, Private Half-Hour, and Partner Training sessions. Sessions may be purchased individually or as discounted 10-session packages.
What's the difference between private and partner training?
Private training is a one-on-one workout with just you and your trainer. Partner training allows two people to train together with one trainer while receiving personalized instruction. You must have a partner prior to booking a partner session.
Small Group Training
What is Small Group Training?
Our Small Group Training combines personalized coaching with the motivation and accountability of a supportive group setting. Each workout is designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and overall functional movement through a variety of exercises and equipment. Every session is trainer-led, and all movements can be modified to match your fitness level, experience, or any physical limitations, making our small group classes suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes!
What is Ready to Rox?
